HECM Reverse Mortgage
Your HECM reverse mortgage includes a variable or fixed interest rate. Depending on your financial needs and circumstances, you can choose to collect your cash:
- As a single upfront payment, usually up to 60% of the available proceeds.
- Spread out, in the form of recurring monthly installments.
- When you need it, in a credit line.
- You may also select a mixture of these options, for example, receiving an upfront lump-sum payment, and then having the rest available as a credit line.
